Revista CROA
The Croa magazine, promoted in 1991 by the Friends Association of the Castro de Viladonga, started as an internal communication bulletin between associates, but it turned out into a truly organ of cultural spreading and museum’s scientific expression, in the broadest sense in terms of collaborators and themes treated, publishing studies of history, archaeology, ethnography and anthropology, cultural heritage and museology, etc. mostly in plain's and Lugo’s ambit.
In 2006, the Dirección Xeral de Patrimonio Cultural of the Xunta de Galicia took over the functions and took charge of the magazine, substituting the Friends Association that founded and supported it for many years. Since 2019 the Dirección Xeral de Políticas Culturais of the Xunta de Galicia took charge of the magazine.
Today, the magazine is exchanged with more than two hundred publications from so many other entities and scientific and cultural associations.
