The museum opens daily, but it is closed 24, 25 and 31 December and 1 and 6 January.

Orientation and didactic work with school visits or specific groups is done.
Group visits should book in advance, given the desirability of making subgroups (preferably up to 35/40 people) to make it easy to get didactic benefit from the visit.

Museum facilities are adapted to people with reduced mobility.
Access to the hillfort is limited for people with reduced mobility given the morphology of the site.
The museum has, in each room, translations of the information into Spanish, French, English and German.
Rules
In the museum, photograph and film are allowed without tripod and flash, for particular use and completing an application form.
Smoking inside the museum is forbidden, it is also forbidden to get in with food, drinks and umbrellas.
Dogs are forbidden inside except for guide-dogs.
Dogs without leash are forbidden on museum and hillfort grounds.
In the hillfort, for its maintenance and conservation, is forbidden to step on the walls.
