With abundant written and graphic documentation, the origin of the coin is explained in six panels, with its manufacturing process and the different parts that integrate them. The different types of coins are summarized and the historical stages are represented in the numismatic collection of the Museum of the Castro de Viladonga, from I century BC to IV century AD, though most of all are coinages from the latest stages of the roman Imperium.
The exhibition is completed with a big illustrative panel of the chronology of the Hillfort’s coins collection.
