Made of slate or shale, approximately rectangular in shape, with a rounded hole to hang on the narrow side.
This type of piecing appears with a certain frequency in this castro and were used as counterweights to hold the straw or higher of the vegetal roofs of the circular houses or of curved walls, that coexisted with the roofs of clay tiles (tégulas and imbrices) introduced by Romanization.
